What happens if an invited participant attempts to take a Survey more than once?

A survey can only be completed by an Invited participant once. If someone attempts to complete the survey a second time, they will get a message box displaying the message, "You've Already Completed The Survey". The only way a survey can be taken more than once is if the recipient is taking it as an anonymous user, and they clear their cache and cookies, or use a different browser.
