I'm not seeing any Salesforce templates available for use.

To make the template available for use, follow these steps: 

  • Go to "Setup | Email | My Templates" and select the template. Templates must be saved in a public folder; any folder other than My Personal or Unfiled Public folders.
  • Template must be marked as "Available For Use".
  • Click "refresh templates" under VR Email to reflect any changes
  • Too many templates (about 25 is the limit here) and VR cannot read any of them, To fix, some templates must be deleted.
  • Is the customer seeing the SF interface or the VR interface for the Email creation page? The VR page doesn't have templates as an option.
