How do I change my VerticalResponse username or password?

Your account username is the email address you used when creating the account. To change this or your password follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account | Profile
  2. Find the Log In Information in the right column
  3. Change the Email Address and Password as needed and click Submit Changes


The Email Address used to access your account is also used for all correspondence regarding your account. Please ensure that it is a valid address.
