Deleted emails and mailing lists can be restored from the recycle bin in your account. Just know that any restored mailing list will show the total number of members that were part of the list, but will actually be empty. To retrieve a deleted email or list, simply follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account, or if you're already logged in click on the Home tab in the top navigation bar.
2) Scroll down and locate the Quick Links section on the bottom right.
3) Click on the Recycle Bin link under this section. Once here, you will see tabs for emails, postcards and lists.
4) To retrieve something, simply check the box next to its name and then hit the Restore button.
Note: If you are using VerticalResponse in Salesforce, the Recycle Bin is located at the bottom of the VR Email page in the Resources and Tools section.
