My list query is not returning the correct results in Salesforce

Try these options to pull the results you're looking for:

1. Check choice of "All" Leads/Contacts vs. "My" Leads/Contacts
2. Use quotations marks around any field value with a comma
3. For checkbox fields, use True or False as the field value
4. There is an odd bug that splits the postal address data into another row causing the total number of addresses found to be much higher than expected, but if you complete upload you should see a list with close to the right number
