How often can I send email using VerticalResponse?

Per our terms of service, there are no mailing frequency limitations for customers under our Pay As You Go plan or with a Pay Monthly subscription and a Master List of 40,000 or fewer email addresses.

Customers utilizing our Pay Monthly pricing plan who have a list size greater than 40,000 are limited to mailing to their entire list no more than four times per month. Working with our Sales Team however it is possible to adjust this limit. Please contact our Sales team for more information.
