How do I create an Opt-In form?

Our system will guide you through a series of steps to create a new Opt-In Form. Follow these steps to create a new opt in form.

1.) Login to your account
2.) Go to Lists | Opt-In Forms
3.) Click New Opt-In Form
4.) Enter a name for the form and click Next
5.) Select the Design Options for your Form and click Next
6.) Select pop-up or redirect post form submit behavior and click Next
7.) Customize Your Opt-in Email and click Next
8.) Select the list you want to associate your form with (once a form is created, the list it's associated with cannot be
     changed)
9.) Copy the HTML code from the Publish step and place in the source code of your website
