Where do replies to my campaign go?

All replies to your launched email are forwarded to the reply-to address selected in step one of the email creation process. By default this field is populated with the support email address specified for your account but you can customize the reply-to address for each email campaign you create. The reply-to address can also be updated after launch in the reporting section for your sent campaign.
