How are click-through percentage rates calculated?

The click-through percentage for sent emails is calculated by dividing the total number of clicks on links within your email by the total number of emails sent. We then multiply this number by 100 to arrive at the percentage you see in the reporting.

For the click through stats, you will be able to find out who clicked, but these are unique clicks. For example, if you have 200 clicks in a campaign, but you download only 150 email addresses, this means that of those 150 email addresses, there were recipients that clicked more than once. You can see who those recipients are by unchecking the "Return only one response type per recipient" check box on the download list page.
