Can I disable the Text-only version of my emails?

VerticalResponse sends emails in the multi-part MIME format, which requires both the HTML and text formats. There isn't a way to disable the text version of the email.

Keep in mind though that when you launch your email, your recipients will only receive one or the other and never both versions. Most recipients will receive the HTML version, and those who are unable to receive the HTML version will receive the Text back-up version.
