It's possible that your browser isn't rendering the CSS that controls much of the layout for our website and application. This can cause your account load without images like the VR logo and with formatting that appears broken. Follow these steps to have the site load properly.
1.) Add https://img-ak.verticalresponse.com to Trusted Sites in your browser's security settings
2.) Clear your browser cookies and cache, with Firefox go to Tools | Options | Privacy, with IE go to Tools | Internet Options | General and under Browsing History press Delete
3.) Restart the browser and login to your account. You should now see the page layout as intended
