How can I update the time zone and how does affect my account?

The Time Zone setting in your Account Profile affects the scheduled launch time for emails and postcards. Updating your profile with the correct time zone will help ensure your email and postcard launches occur when intended.

  1. Login to your account and go to Account | Profile
  2. Find the field Time Zone in the left column, near the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the correct value from the drop down menu and click Submit Changes
