Can I disable the Activity Reports I get emailed to me?

There isn't a way to disable te reports as there is only one email address that is assigned to your VerticalResponse account and it cannot be disabled. One workaround option is to change the address in your VerticalResponse account, and another would be to change the way emails are routed to you from your company's email server.
