Why did I receive an email "my trial period has ended" when I have credits on my account?

This is an automated email indicating that the handful of trial credits included with your new account have expired or are about to expire. These free trial credits are intended to help customers use and evaluate our service and are only valid for 30 days from the point of account creation. If you've purchased credits, a subscription or are part of our non-profit program you can ignore this message. Any credits you've purchased or been granted as part of our non-profit program are unaffected.

Purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and non-profit credits renew automatically each month.
