I've done a mass debounce, so why are some of my contact still bounced?

When we do a mass debounce, we're only debouncing contacts that have bounced up to one year ago. It's possible that many of your contacts bounced more than a year ago.

Anyone who bounced more than one year ago is probably not expecting your mailings, so they will need to opt-in again. If you forward us an email from the person indicating that they want to opt back into your list, we can debounce those members for you.
