Outlook and other email programs are often set to block images in email by default. You can make sure that you have images set to display by default in Outlook. You may see a message at the top of your email which asks for permission to display images if the email is from an unknown sender. Click this to display images. If you always want the images from VerticalResponse to display images, select Add the Domain @mail.vresp.com to Safe Senders List. This way all future messages from VerticalResponse will be displayed automatically.

For best results, your images should be sized and formatted for email delivery. We recommend the following image specifications.

- jpg or gif format
- 200kb or smaller
- 72 dpi
- RGB color, not CMYK
- image is flattened
- no more than 600 pixels wide
