The VerticalResponse Email History objects for Leads and Contacts can be configured by your Salesforce.com Administrator to display the URL an individual clicked on for a specific email campaign. Follow these steps to make the field Clicked Link visible in the VR Email History objects:
  1. Login to your Salesforce.com account
  2. Go to Setup | Customize | Leads | Page Layouts and click Edit
  3. Locate the VR Email History Lead object on the page and click Edit (icon of a wrench)
  4. Add the field Clicked Links to the layout and click OK
  5. Save the Layout Changes
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for Contacts
