How can I update my account time zone and how does it affect my account?

  1. Once logged into VerticalResponse, click on the 'Account' tab.
  2. From here you can click the 'Profile' link to access this information within your account.
  3. You will see a field called 'time zone', please be sure this information is accurate.

Note: It's important to ensure your time zone is correct as this affects the scheduled time for emails and postcards that you launch. For example if you are on the East Coast but your time zone is set to Pacific Time, the time you choose to launch your campaign will be interpreted as Pacific Time! Updating your profile with the correct time zone will help ensure your email and postcard launches occur when you expect.
