If a recipient clicks the hosted version of an email instead of opening the message, does it get counted as an "open"?

Clicking on the hosted version does not register as an open, but links clicked in the hosted version will be tracked (and attributed to the original recipient, so if someone forwards the email to a friend, the friend's clicks will be attributed to the person who forwarded the email).
