No Leads and/or Contacts are being transfered to VerticalResponse from Salesforce.com

Salesforce Leads and Contacts require the 'Email Opt Out' field enabled and visible in order for VerticalResponse to be able to access these records. The following information will guide you through the process.

Adding the 'Email Opt Out' field for Leads

  1. Click on  "Your Name" | Setup | App Setup | Customize | Leads | Page Layout
  2. Click on 'Edit' and Select 'Leads Fields' from the drop-down menu and locate 'Email Opt Out'
  3. Drag the 'Email Opt Out' field to the Lead Information section
  4. Click Save 

Adding the 'Email Opt Out' field for Contacts

  1. Click on  "Your Name" | Setup | App Setup | Customize | Contacts | Page Layout
  2. Click on 'Edit' and Select 'Contacts Fields' from the drop-down menu and locate 'Email Opt Out'
  3. Drag the 'Email Opt Out' field to the Contact Information section
  4. Click Save
