Are clicks on Survey links tracked in reporting?

We don't currently track clicks on the Survey links. We do record Opens, reflecting when the first page of the Survey is viewed. You will find reporting on Opens for the first page of your Survey on the Survey Reporting Dashboard under Survey Statistics.
