Why wasn't contact data collected for my survey respondents?

Contact data will be available for respondents completing Traditional Surveys. Blindfold Surveys are designed to hide contact information. The choice of Traditional vs. Blindfold is established when the survey is created and cannot be changed once the survey is live. The List Data Collection option within your survey is visible ONLY to respondents that come to the survey through the general URL (anonymous). If you invited participants to your survey via the Invitations tab in your live survey, they would NOT see the data collection page at the end of the survey. As an invited respondent you would see their email address associated with the response.
