How do I uninstall duplicate versions of VerticalResponse for AppExchange?

If you see VerticalResponse twice in the AppExchange drop down menu or if you see duplicate VR tabs you may have two versions of VR for AppExchange installed. To verify please check the following:

1. Login to your Salesforce account
2. Go to Setup | App Setup | Installed Packages

If you see multiple versions of VerticalResponse for AppExchange you may click Uninstall to remove this. You will see a warning message and if this is the only version of VerticalResponse for AppExchange installed you will lose all VerticalResponse data within Salesforce.com. As long as you have the most current version of VerticalResponse for AppExchange installed and do not remove it you can uninstall the older version without losing data.
