What are the differences between VerticalResponse accounts created through Salesforce and the VR website?

VerticalResponse accounts created through the VerticalResponse website are incompatible with the VR for AppExchange. There are differences in the structure of list data that limits access to a few features found in VerticalResponse accounts created outside of Salesforce.

Features not currently available in VR for AppExchange include:

• Pay Per Month pricing
• Surveys
• Social
• List Segmentation
