Why can’t I see my Salesforce templates when I click on Refresh Templates?

Salesforce templates must be filed under a public folder and accessible to all users to show as an option when creating a VerticalResponse email. Verify the following.

  1. Login to Salesforce
  2. Go to Setup | Email | My Templates and select your template
  3. Edit the template and ensure that is in any folder other than My Personal or Unfiled folders
  4. Select the folder as Accessible by All Users
  5. Return to VR Email | New Email enter the basic email details and click Next
  6. Click Import a Salesforce Template
