Salesforce templates must be filed under a public folder and accessible to all users to show as an option when creating a VerticalResponse email. Verify the following.
- Login to Salesforce
- Go to Setup | Email | My Templates and select your template
- Edit the template and ensure that is in any folder other than My Personal or Unfiled folders
- Select the folder as Accessible by All Users
- Return to VR Email | New Email enter the basic email details and click Next
- Click Import a Salesforce Template
