Why is my total sent lower than the total of my lists?

It's not uncommon to find your total email sent size is less than the total number of records showing in the list(s) mailed to. Previously bounced, unsubscribed and duplicate email addresses across multiple lists are not mailed to and this will usually result in the total sent email size being lower than the sum of your mailing lists.
