If you made a copy of a sent email but the text version is showing old content, it is likely that the "Generate Text Version Automatically" checkbox is unchecked. If this box is unchecked, it will not automatically generate new text version based on the new content that is added to this draft copy of the email.

To allow our system to auto-generate a text version with updated content:

In Wizard:
-Open the draft of the email with the outdated text version.
-Click the "Email Actions" tab near the top left of the editor.
-Check the "Generate Text Version Automatically" checkbox.

In Canvas:
-Open the draft of the email with the outdated text version.
-Check the "Generate Text Version Automatically" checkbox, near the top of the editor window.
