VR Tabs are missing in Salesforce instance

Make sure the Tabs are installed.

  • Go to "Setup | App Setup | Create | Tabs"
  • You should see VR Email, VR Postcard and VR Statistics (an aside.. if you see duplicate tabs this means they have VR 2.0 installed as well, uninstall it!),

Make sure VR has been deployed

  1. Go to "Setup | App Setup | View Installed Packages" and click on VR 3.0, the "Deploy" button should be grayed out, if not click it to Deploy.
  2. Reinstall VR for AppEx

Go to "Setup | My Personal Information | Personal Information" and click on the "Profile". Look for the VR Tabs under "Tab Settings" and make sure they are "Default On" for the Profile.
