How do I debounce an individual list member in Salesforce?

Follow these steps to change an individual list member from bounced to mailable.

1. Log into your Salesforce account
2. Click the VR Email tab
3. Click View All Lists link
4. Click on the All Members tab
5. Enter the email address and click Search
6. Click on the Debounce link to the far right of the email address and hit OK
7. In Salesforce, go to the contact or lead detail page. Uncheck the email opt out box. Click Save.

This record will now be mailable for every list within your account.
