Where are the VR Email History objects in Salesforce?

After installing VerticalResponse for AppExchange, your Salesforce Administrator will need to add the VR Email History objects to the Page Layouts for both Leads and Contacts. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup | Customize | Leads | Page Layouts
2. Click the appropriate Page layout and click Edit
3. Click on Related Lists and locate VR Email History from the available objects
4. Drag VR Email History Lead to an appropriate spot in the page layout
5. Click Edit Properties and select the fields you want visible in the object, we recommend including sent, clicked, opened, bounced and unsubscribed
6. Follow the same process for Contact Page Layouts
