Each Salesforce.com account is tied to a unique VerticalResponse account based on the email address (not the log in) in the Salesforce.com Profile. Each of these accounts will only be able to access their own Media Library, Email Drafts, Lists, and VR Statistics. We do not have a way to link accounts to share this information.
When an individual clicks Update Statistics from the VR Email tab, the reporting data is updated to the emailed Leads and Contacts. This information is then visible to any Salesforce.com user with permission to see these objects. We can link accounts to share email credits. This would allow one account to handle the purchase of email credits across the organization. You can send a list of email addresses you want to share credits and a member of our support team can set that up. |
