Pasting from External Sources

When you paste text or images copied from external sources, such as Microsoft Word, websites, PDFs or another email, it can cause editing issues as well as display issues in other email clients as these sources attach their own code to the content of your email draft in order to maintain the original formatting.

We recommend that you paste that content into a plain text editor such as Notepad to remove the code, and then copy and paste from Notepad into your email draft in VerticalResponse
