Occasionally, a user will see an unusually high click count for PDF links. Some browser PDF plugins may be resulting in the unusually high click count. The issue appears to be on the email recipient's end, meaning that whatever browser/PDF reader they are using is actually sending back multiple clicks to our system.

The best way for the user to get an accurate click count is to download the list of clickers, checking the box to "return only one response per person".
