The Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator is a useful tool for tracking the performance of the campaigns you send. You can compare costs incurred to send the campaign (such as the cost email credits) against the revenue you earned from recipients who made a purchase on your site. The ROI Calculator is most useful for companies who are selling products or services on their website.
Fundamentally, the ROI Calculator is identical to Click-To-Conversion tracking, with the exception that it reports not only that a conversion occurred, (in this case a “Sale”), but also the actual purchase amount of the sale. Note: For the remainder of this help section we will refer to the conversions that are tracked by the ROI Calculator as “Sales.”
