What is the Web Sign-Up Form in my VerticalResponse account?

All VerticalResponse accounts are created with a default mailing list and a default opt-in form linked to that list. You will find the list has one email address, that of the primary account holder. Both the default list and opt-in form are named My Web Sign-up Form. You are free to use, ignore, or delete these examples as you choose.
