Is there a way to control the layout of the opt-in popup?

Currently there is not a way to control the layout for the popup window that appears on submission of the opt-in form. The best option for those looking for a custom experience is to set up the form for a redirect. This allows you to make a page or have the person filling out the form go to a specific page of your design or choosing.
