Can I disable the confirmation email sent to my Opt-In Form sign-ups?

There currently isn't a way to disable the confirmation email. Anyone signing up through an Opt-In Form will receive a confirmation email message and in order to be active for mailing on your list the recipient must click the link in this email to confirm their subscription. The double Opt-In process is in place to help prevent fraudulent use of forms on your website. This helps to preserve both our email delivery rates and the integrity of the data on your list.
