Why is my Opt-In Form is not working on my website?

To address common errors with VerticalResponse Opt-In Forms placed on websites, please check the following.

1. Verify that the HTML code on your website matches the code for the Opt-In Form found in your VerticalResponse account.
2. Specifically, verify the action link for the form on your website matches the action link for the form in your VerticalResponse account
3. Verify that the Input Type at the bottom of the form is a Submit
4. Verify that the VerticalResponse form on your website is not inside another form, this will cause the form to fail. Search your source code and be sure that the VerticalResponse form does not sit between other form tags.
