Can list members update their information using an Opt-In Form?

If an Opt-In Form is submitted for an email address that is already on the associated list, they will receive a message indicating that they are already subscribed. This message will have a link that if clicked will trigger an email to the email address submitted. Within this email will be a link letting the recipient update details for their record.
