If you have a specific campaign with an unexpected bounce rate, we can pull the bounce back report so you can see if any of the receiving servers sent back a message as to why the email was bounced. We are currently working on getting a system in place that will allow customers access to this information, however due to the complexity of bounce reasons, and the technical message servers return when bouncing, we do not offer this feature as of yet.
