Where do I find the Segmentation feature?

To start using the Segmentation feature, follow these steps:

1. Log into your VerticalResponse account
2. Click Lists on the navigation bar
3. Click the Segments link
4. Click New Segment to start

Segmentation is not available for our Salesforce customers - in Salesforce, you can run a report based on your VR Email History custom object data.
