First you'll need to identify anchors:
1. Click your cursor anywhere you would like to insert an anchor.
2. Specify an anchor name. Use a one word name and be sure not to use any spaces, as this can sometimes break an anchor.
After you specify all your anchors, when you're ready to create a link:
- Highlight your link text with your cursor
- Click the link icon
- From the prompt, change "Link Type" to "Link to anchor in the text"
4. Choose the name of the anchor you'd like to link to
