How do I change the status of an address from "Single Opt-in" to "Mailable"?

It is possible to make a single opt-in email address mailable even when they haven't been able to receive the verification email in their email accounts.

Note: Please remind your potential subscribers to look for that verification email in their Spam, Junk or Trash folder. The message is auto-generated so at times it can be mistaken for spam or junk.

If they are still unable to find it, ask them to email you directly and then simply forward that email to us at 'support@verticalresponse.com'. We will then make the record mailable. Please be sure to include the login email address for your account.
