Did you accidentally add a contact to a list? You can easily remove them from a list or from your account.
To pull up a specific record on your list, find the Search box on the Contacts tab in the top right corner of the page.
- Search for the address in the Search box at the top right.
- Enter the email address or persons name and hit Search; the contact will come up in a flash.
- Then click the box to the left of the record and the Delete button at the bottom of the page and we’ll reset it for you.
To remove an address from one list:
- Click on Contacts in the top menu
- Click on the list name
- Find the contact you want to remove, then check the box to left of their contact info
- Two buttons will appear in the bottom right corner and you'll have a choice: Remove from List, or Delete Recipient
- Click the Remove from List button, and click Delete on the confirmation screen.
To remove an address from your account:
- Click on Contacts in the top menu
- Click on the View All Contacts button at the bottom of the page
- Search for the contact, then check the box to left of their contact info
- Two buttons will appear and you have a choice: Remove from List or Delete from Account but from this view only Delete is an option
- Click the Delete from Account button, and click Delete on the confirmation screen.
All finished! Your contact has been removed.
