The best way to generate a CSV file when using the Address Book with a Mac is to use this program:
  • AB2CSV (www.antoniolore.net/ab2csv.php)
This will allow you to Export as a CSV file.  Keep in mind it will not allow you to export specific fields.  This means you will still need to open it in Excel, and clean up the list by deleting blank fields, and removing fields you will not be using in your emails through VR
