How do I use images from my Library in my Freeform Email?

To use an image in the media library for your freeform email:

1) Go to Tools | Library
2) Click on the name of the image you want to use. You'll see the full url.
3) Copy the full image url
4) Go back to your Freefrom email and paste that URL as your image source.
