VR for Salesforce - Add Reporting to Page Layout

   How to add Opens, Clicks, Bounces, Unsubscribes to Contact/Lead Objects
      
       Within Salesforce:

1. Click Set Up
2. Click Customize
3. Click Contacts
4. Click Page Layouts
5. Click Edit (you may need to add these to several Page Layouts depending on which ones you use)
6. Click Related lists at the top of the page where Fields are listed
7. Add VR Messages
8. Once diplayed, Click the wrench next to VR Messages
9. Add Message Name, Message Status, Open Date, Links Clicked, Hard Bounce and Unsubscribed
10. Click Save - When asked "Do you want these changes to overwrite users' personal related list customizations?" Click No

      ***You will repeat this for Leads as well if you use them
