Lead or Contact shows both "Bounced" and "Opened" (or Clicked) for an email campaign

This is rare, but it is possible with an errant "out-of-office" reply. Out of office replies can on occasion be interpreted as a bounce in VerticalResponse, but if the recipient is there and opens the message it will still record the activity. Simply manually debounce the contact in the list to make sure they get future campaigns.
