How can I see the specific link an email recipient clicked in Salesforce?

The VR Email History objects for Leads and Contacts can be configured by your Salesforce Administrator to display the URL an individual clicked on for a specific email campaign. Follow these steps to make the field "Clicked Link" visible in the VR Email History objects.

  1. Login to your Salesforce account
  2. Go to Setup | Customize | Leads | Page Layouts and click Edit
  3. Locate the VR Email History Lead section on the page and click Edit
  4. Add the field Clicked Links to the layout and click OK
  5. Save the Layout Changes

Repeat these steps for Contacts.
