Salesforce Campaign History not updating

  1. Go to the Campaign "Campaign | Campaign Name"  in question and click "advanced setup"
    • Default Member Status values are usually "Responded" and "Sent". VR needs "bounced", "opened", "clicked" and "unsubscribed" to report back to the Campaign History. If they don't have those values set up for this campaign, then we won't be able to push back already sent email reporting. However, once they set those up, we can push back future mailing data for the campaign. 
  2. Click "Edit" and add "bounced", "opened", "clicked" and "unsubscribed" as member status values.
  3. On future mailings for lists created from this Campaign you will find the current member status updated in the Lead and Contact Campaign History.\
